Refund & Return Policy – Stay Void

Thank you for shopping with Stay Void. All products in our store are produced using print-on-demand manufacturing. This means each item is printed specifically after an order is placed.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Made-to-Order Production
All Stay Void products are created on demand after a customer places an order. Because each product is printed individually, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Ordering the wrong item
We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions, color options, and size charts carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, we will gladly resolve the issue.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing:

To help us process your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
After reviewing the issue, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- A free replacement item, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
3. Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first contact the shipping carrier.
If the carrier confirms that the package was lost in transit, we will offer either a replacement or a refund.
Stay Void is not responsible for issues caused by:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts due to absence
- Packages not collected from customs or local postal offices
4. Incorrect Size Ordered
Because each item is printed after the order is placed, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection.
Please consult the size chart provided on each product page before placing your order.
5. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Order Cancellation
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only possible for a short period after ordering.

Once production has started, we may no longer be able to cancel the order.
7. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds cannot be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Minor color variations caused by screen display differences
- Slight print placement differences within normal production tolerance
