These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services operated by Stay Void (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

For the purposes of EU consumer law, Stay Void is the contractual party responsible for sales made through this store.

2. Products & Print-on-Demand Nature

All products sold through Stay Void are made-to-order using print-on-demand services via Printify and its fulfillment partners.

Because products are manufactured specifically for each order

• Slight variations in color, alignment, or print placement may occur.
• Mockups are for illustration purposes only.
• We reserve the right to modify product descriptions or pricing at any time.

3. Order Process & Contract Formation (EU-Compliant)

A purchase contract is formed only when:

1. You place an order through our checkout process; and
2. You receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

• Suspected fraud
• Incorrect pricing errors
• Product availability issues
• Violation of these Terms

If payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued.

4. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are displayed in the selected currency and may include or exclude VAT depending on your shipping country.

For EU customers:

• VAT will be charged according to applicable EU tax regulations.

For non-EU customers:

• Import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

 

 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

 

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Production time (POD): typically 2–7 business days

Shipping time varies depending on destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs processing
• Carrier delays
• Incorrect address information provided by the customer

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU law, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Because our products are made-to-order and printed specifically for each customer, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or incorrect items.

7. Returns & Defective Products

If you receive:

• A defective item
• A damaged item
• An incorrect item

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@stayvoid.com with:

• Order number
• Photos of the issue

If confirmed, we will:

• Replace the item free of charge, or
• Issue a refund
• We do not accept returns for:

 

 

• Wrong size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Minor print variations

Please consult the size guide before ordering.

 

 

 

 

8. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Shopify and its authorized payment providers.

We do not store full credit card details.

9. Intellectual Property

• Designs
• Graphics
• Logos
• Product descriptions
• Branding

is the property of Stay Void and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with the site’s functionality
• Submit false information
• Engage in fraudulent transactions

 

 

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

 

Stay Void shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

This does not exclude liability where prohibited by applicable law (including EU consumer protection law).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria.
