Thank you for shopping with Stay Void. All of our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand production. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All products are manufactured after your order is placed.

Production time typically takes 2–7 business days. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after production:

European Union: 3–10 business days  
United Kingdom: 3–10 business days  
United States: 3–10 business days  
Other international destinations: 7–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For customers outside the European Union, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.

Stay Void is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

All customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned or lost, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at hello@stayvoid.com. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@stayvoid.com with your order number.

We will work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Customs processing
- Carrier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

8. Delivery Confirmation

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier first.
